Lawn Sorted Terms & Conditions

By using Lawn Sorted’s services or this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to protect both you (the client) and us (the service provider) so we can keep things simple, reliable and fair.

1. Services Provided

Lawn Sorted provides lawn mowing, garden maintenance, edging, weeding, clean-ups and related groundskeeping services across the Surf Coast and Geelong regions. All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

2. Bookings & Appointments

• Bookings can be made via our website, social media, phone or email.

• We aim to arrive at the scheduled time, but timing may be impacted by weather or unforeseen circumstances.

• If a delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.

• Access to the property must be provided at the agreed time.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All quotes are provided free of charge and are obligation-free.

• Prices may vary based on property size, service complexity or condition of the lawn/garden at the time of service.

• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept payment via bank transfer, cash or other agreed methods.

• Late payments may incur fees if not resolved within 14 days.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a service.

• If we arrive and cannot access your property, a call-out fee may apply.

• Lawn Sorted reserves the right to reschedule in case of poor weather or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our work. If you’re not happy with the service provided, please let us know within 48 hours and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Damage & Liability

• While we take care to avoid damage, Lawn Sorted is not liable for pre-existing damage or issues caused by third parties.

• Please secure pets, furniture or garden items before your scheduled visit.

• We are fully insured for public liability.

7. Privacy

All customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell or share your personal information without your consent.

8. Website Use

This website and its content (including logos, images, text and designs) are owned by Lawn Sorted. You may not copy, reproduce or use content without permission. Use of this site is at your own risk.

9. Updates to These Terms
